Very super nice and friendly lady at the front desk. One hour unloading in and out no biggie. No overnight parking plenty space to maneuver.

Showed up on this evening to leave a loaded trailer, take an empty trailer with me then leave. They said I’d have to come back in the morning; In 15 years, I’ve never needed an appointment for a Drop and Hook. I guess they should look into changing their name since they don’t actually do business 24/7

This place is an absolute joy to unload at. I unloaded on a Sunday morning yes I said Sunday backed in at 0900 and was pulling out of the door at 0940pretty good for a load of wine with multiple kinds of product. Everybody I talked to on the phone and had contact with at the facility couldn't have been more helpful and curtious. Great place

Had an encounter with a driver today, he assaulted another driver and damaged his truck. Also resorted to name calling when he was told to leave the police were involved but did nothing. If this is how your driver's act and you condone that attitude I feel sorry for your customers. Very unprofessional and disrespectful.
