Absolutely rubbish , the worse courier service on the planet . If you think Evri is bad think again. The driver did not attempt the delivery by knocking just keeps shoving cards in. The customer service team are unhelpful and rude. Do not use apex if you are ordering an item and the sender uses apex , you will never receive your parcel . A one star is too good for them .

It has been a struggle and a half to get my parcel that I ordered for my sister.

After a while of not receiving it I contacted the seller who gave me the consignment info and informed me that there was an attempted delivery on the 15th of December and that a card was left. There was no card. I went on the website and re arranged a delivery for Monday the 21st when I was off work. I also emailed the depot to make sure they had no issues finding my address.

I also called up Monday morning because I’d not received any confirmation of the redelivery to be told that the information hadn’t come through and that they would put my parcel on a van to be delivered Tuesday. I was working but someone was going to be home so I was fine with that. Tuesday came and went....no parcel, no calling card.

I called up again this morning (Wednesday the 23rd) to ask for them to locate my parcel. It was still at the depot and I have a hunch the redelivery and possibly even the first attempt never happened.

I had to find transport to get to the depot to collect it myself. I’m lucky it was even there because apparently after 5 days it gets sent back to the sender.

All in all I’m just happy that I have a present to give to my sister for Christmas but the overall experience hasn’t been pleasant.

Appalling service tried to re deliver to neighbour as required signature gave them the number over the phone as no option on website tried the wrong house rang them the next day very unhelpful told me they tried different house than the number that I gave Why!! collection point miles away from me collection times not fit for purpose for customers that work closes at 4.30 Saturday collection only open till 11am company obviously do not not put the customer first, also will only try to re deliver twice even after you rang and spoken to them to arrange another day and they do not delivery Saturdays !!!

Ignorant driver, I left a note on my door to leave parcel with specific neighbour, driver ignores request went to a completely different neighbour, no answer, takes photo of my front door as proof of delivery failure, holding the delivery note in their hand so that it hid my delivery request instructions on the photo, customer service advisors no help as well, had to collect in person the following day but was waiting, locked outside of compound, no-one answering the phones (opening hrs) till eventually i gained access, once i got my parcel i asked if the gates would be open for me to leave the yard & i was told yes, tried to leave & gates were locked so had to drive back to their office were i was told that they couldnt open the gates (utter rubbish as there was a keypad at the side of the gate for their drivers to use they just couldnt be bothered to go to the gate to let me out) i had to wait for one of their drivers to leave so i could follow him out, wont be ordering online again if these are delivering

Members of staff (drivers) are leaving 5* reviews to make the company and staff look better. Masks are not worn and social distancing is not being practiced. Be aware. Do not open your door until the distancing rules are being followed!!!

Do not receive a parcel these people have been in contact with. BEWARE!!!

Really bad some very large lady very big boned horrible woman came down screaming and shouting at me swearing at me told me never to come back because she had to get up and wobble down the stairs to get my package. She said she was the owner of the company be aware of this person she just shouts at everything everyone she told one of her drivers to fxxk off and get out. Real angry person
