Do not use this company for shipping. We had a shipment from Florida to Idaho. The tracking was ok. The issue was with delivery. They called on a Friday to schedule a Monday delivery (as expected). We missed the initial call. After that, it was a mess. No way to call back. The 800 number was worthless and difficult to understand. I called multiple times to confirm the delivery date and that we were available and all I ever got was “someone will contact you.” Then after days of me calling with no confirmation, they had the audacity to contact the shipper and tell them that we were unresponsive. Finally, days and days later, we got a local person to call and schedule a delivery. What a mess. Now, a month later, they have the audacity to charge the shipper a lift gate fee after the fact. We unloaded the package at the road with our own skidster. Very dishonest. Do not use!

My wife ordered a mirror from IKEA. TForce was the company IKEA used to deliver the mirror. Bottom line, a very disappointing, unprofessional, absolutely terrible experience. My wife received notification that when her order was out for delivery she would receive a call so she could be ready to accept the delivery when it arrived. She never received any call/text/email. The only reason she knew something had been dropped off was because she received a notification from our doorbell that someone had been at the front door. What she saw when she opened the door was beyond unacceptable. The mirror was dropped off in a tattered box and the mirror was completely shattered. Thus explaining why no notification was given that the mirror would be arriving soon. The delivery guys simply didn’t want to deal with the problem and dropped the mirror off and left. The first picture is of exactly how the mirror was left, the others show the damage to the mirror. My wife immediately called IKEA and explained what happened. They gave her the contact information for TForce. She called TForce and asked for the delivery guys to come back and take the broken mirror back. To no surprise they never showed up after my wife was told they were on their way. I then called TForce myself on two separate occasions asking for the mirror to be picked up. Both times I was told a truck would be by that afternoon to pick it up. Again, to no surprise, the mirror was never picked up. At all costs I would avoid using TForce. If it’s you’re only choice, good luck… The customer service was terrible and of no help. Just full of empty promises.

If I could leave less than one star I would. These guys are horrible. Had an order tracked that said to be expected from the 12th-16th between 1:00-5:00pm so I made sure to line things up with work to be able to be home to sign for the delivery. Every day I got another email saying delayed so I waited day after day with the same email coming daily. Tracking literally showed the materials were at the warehouse in Utah but somehow they can’t figure out a way to get it here. It’s now the 16th and I get an email saying they attempted to arrange an appointment with me so they couldn’t deliver because I didn’t answer when they never even called or attempted anything. I then call their office and they claim the shipment is “lost” and they can’t locate it but nowhere in the tracking info does it mention anything about being lost. This was close to a $5000.00 order & around 521lbs. They literally “lost” 2-3 pallets worth of material somehow. Literally the size of my truck probably. This isn’t just a small package this was huge. Called customer service just to be hung up on twice before getting through to someone that claims they can’t reach dispatch atm. I have now waiting patiently at my house all week just to find out they lost my shipment that is literally the size of 2 hippos. And I’m $5,000 out of my account and I know it will get refunded but now I’m out my waisted time too. I have never been treated so poorly by a shipment company in my life and I will go any other route possible in the future not to use them. The worst I’ve ever dealt with. HORRIBLE!!! DO NOT GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR BUSINESS.

Horrible service. Called me on Monday said they would deliver Tuesday no show. Called me Wednesday said they would deliver Thursday no
show. Try calling them for 6 hours on hold and no one answers. Pro 910595280.
Now they say they can’t deliver today so the order will not arrive in time and must be returned.
Even the customer service number says salt lake does not answer the phone.
If you cannot deliver today return to sender.

Terrible, terrible, terrible. Communication is poor. While on hold for two and a half hours with the Salt Lake terminal waiting to talk with someone about my shipment, the hold message played about 50 times, stating that TForce fulfills it's promises with on-time, intact deliveries...Hahahaha....Oh, the irony. My delivery finally occurred while I was on hold about a week late. Another delivery arrived with loose boxes on top because the pallet had tipped over in the truck.

One of my customers used T force and when the driver delivered the goods, my customer asked for the receipt and the driver didn't speak english. And when my customer received the receipt it was the wrong one. I tried to call T force to explain what happened and when I spoke to T force ,I was hung up on and the 2nd time I didn't even talk to somebody in the State of Utah. How some companies stay in business is beyond me.

Ikea actually messed up my first order. Placed a second order for the same item to pick up at TForce. They sent a text confirming pick up, I went during business hours, they brought the bookshelf over on a forklift, and I drove away with my item after the second try and it took like, 2 minutes. TForce got the job done.

The tracking info provided is not accurate. Waited all day for a large shipment after tracking info says it will be delivered today, only to find out the driver has to call 24 hours in advance to schedule a drop off time. Nowhere on the email confirmation does it say the driver will call to schedule a drop off time.
