Needed to send property to someone I have a restraining order against.

Twice asked, in email, that pickup address could be kept undisclosed to recipient.

That was agreed in detail.

Then my new address was emailed directly to recipient, spelled out in the notes of invoice.

Don’t even know what to say, how could this have gone so wrong.

Thanks goodness for Reliable Couriers! We had a last minute/time sensitive request that I wasn't even sure was even do-able. Luckily Alex Johnson, answered the call and jumped right on it. He was able to arrange for the courier to pick up the package and had it dropped off within the hour!! So thankful that he made this a priority!!
