Worst company ever please do your self a favor and do not book loads with them,
Sara Wilson false reported my company on 411 just because we would not move a load for a cheap price she was going to get approval form her boss to add more $ she never called back instead she was asking my driver the eta to pick
when I told her we did not agree on the rate she got mad and reported us for no reason
she claimed that we persistent canceled loads - first time calling her and the last.
she claimed fraudulent activity - she has no basis to say that.
she claimed we cancel after accepting the loads- we did not book the load.
Hope people read reviews before engaging into business with lousy company,
they request that you send feed back on this email [email protected] that email is not valid it comes back as delivery failure.

This company is the worst of the worst. AJ gave me Excuses and more excuses, day by day at the end the car was never picked up and AJ still charged me 250 for nothing, since I didn’t get any service I asked for my refund and nobody gave me my money back …… I called multiple times and no answers, nobody pick the phone bad bad bad service ever

They will give low price first and then tell that they can not do that. Because someone else in their company gave you lower price. Waste of time. Overall very shady people, sounds like a scam.

This company is very unprofessional, My company hauled a load and they did. Not pay they gave me the run around for a week and then stop replying to emails and phone calls. Do NOT DO BUSINESS WITH NATIONAL FREIGHT LOGISTICS THEY DO NOT PAY OR HONOR THERE AGREEMENTS
