TRUCKERS/DISPATCHERS BEWARE, and book with caution!!! With the current turmoil in this industry, they will nickel and dime everything, and they short pay you for as minor as not making a loaded call. I see previous reviews state the same, and this is the one of the few companies that will actually deduct for not doing call checks they have listed on their rate confirmation

Been working with Merrell Logistics for about 2 years now and I can genuinely say that they have been an absolute pleasure! The dispatch team/load planners/and drivers are very kind and friendly and 100% honest with you on every load they move. The service is outstanding and the macropoint integration was a swift set up and has been running smooth ever since. Steve is my main contact and he knows how to plan trucks and proactively update his customers/brokers. Would give more than five stars if possible great carrier!

I booked a load with a broker. We completed our obligations and delivered the load. It was a load for $800. We sent the POD in later than what their load agreement states, but it was over the holiday. They deducted $130 for later fee. This is insane and I warn you that if you do business with this company, they will do anything and everything to not pay you what the agreed rate was.

Amazing Carrier to work with. Steve and his team at Merrell help make the logistics world we work in, just a little bit easier.
