Great experience working with Midway Logistics, Loni to be is the best! Very thorough with explanations, follows up and always makes sure everything is going smooth. Vindictive, Malicious and Difficult to negotiate with. Offering Low Ball Rates and in order to do business with them you have to almost promise your Driver's first born to get set up. I refused their low ball rates and they FG'd me trying to say that I was trying to double-broker their Load. I do have Brokerage authority, however, we've been in business since 1925 and we DO NOT do business that way. Just look at their current credit and days to pay and THAT will tell you all you need to know about this Broker.

This company charges you a 3% fee for quick pay and pays via check not directly to your account. I submitted paperwork July 11 and they cut a check July 22 and on top of that deducted $150 even though we did track and have proof. Please note when booking with this broker that they’re not interested in doing right by their customers and carriers. Communication was terrible and the manager doesn’t take accountability, I heard all the excuses in the book from out on lunch break with no specific time of return to were short staffed.
