We had a bad experience with the shuttle service and were really worried about getting picked up to go back to the airport. Our accommodation was very remote and we needed picking up in the early hours of the morning. A few days before Pep picked us up from Puerto Pollensa and we told him we were worried about getting back to the airport a few days later. He reassured us, shared numbers and promised to pick us up for our flight home. Even made contact the day before! He was amazing. He turned up on time and we knew we were in good hands he safely got us back to the airport! A true gentleman and a lovely man!

Very expensive compared to the taxi from the airport it was an additional €40 totaling €120. The wait for the taxi was 30-40minutes meaning we were almost late to the airport and the car seat that was brought for the baby was broken when they did arrive. Also the aircon in the taxi didn’t work properly.
