Cuando llegues estacionate del lado izquierdo y dirígete a la oficina ya sea la 1 o la 2, si tienes recogida aquí deberás registrarte a tu hora si llegas antes no te aceptarán, si llevas entrega anota tu número en los papales y te los regresaran en un sobre de plastico y te asignarán puerta, pégate a la puerta y no rompas el sello cuando salga la persona a revisar el sello le entregas los papales y rompes el sello, abres puertas y te pegas a la puerta para que te descarguen, cuando termines te devolverán tus papales ya firmados y te podrás ir. La descarga fue rápida

Súper rápido a pesar de ser un centro de distribución que tienen fama de ser tardados, llegue 2 horas antes de mi cita y no hubo problema, puedes estacionarte en las calles cerca del lugar sin ser molestado

Follow google maps directions, it will take you to this place. If you come here expect to run in to delay on appointment time. Countless drivers complaining about there appointment times and not receiving a phone call back from the shipping office.

For my experience it did go somewhat smoothly. The staff is still trying to understand how to do the paperwork and loading, the place is brand new. My appointment was 1400 I didn’t end up leaving until 1700. You have to wait in this cage for someone to bring you your paperwork.

The place has potential to be great, it just needs to do better and have a system.

Check-in is at 7 am. U can park outside after hours of closing. Be in at least 30 mins early , there is an office 2,3, and 4, so it can be either one but check in office 2 they will direct u. Pilot down the street , loves more west on i20 and TA going East.
