So far so good! I was skeptical at first. Yes, you may have to wait a few more hours for your Amazon Prime packages but Fetch comes straight to your door. The process is seamless. It's just a matter of being a little extra patient. The most valuable lesson I've learned about having to use Fetch is that we sometimes complain about small stuff way too much.

If I could give 0 stars I would. My apartment switched from Parcel Pending to Fetch for “convenience” but it seems to only benefit the leasing office and not residents. If you have Amazon prime or expedite any packages, Fetch renders this useless as you can only schedule thru 3-4 hour delivery windows. Many times I’ve had a package delivered to the Fetch Warehouse on the exact delivery date but it takes even longer because Fetch takes forever to check in my package and once it has been checked in, the delivery window for the day has been missed. It is nice when you go out of town that they can hold your package, but this is a rare use for me.
I receive packages frequently and my Fetch experience has been so poor that in my new apartment search - I automatically ruled out any residences that used Fetch as a package courier.
Save yourself the trouble. During the holidays you may not even get your packages at all since they are always seemingly short staffed and busy.

Absolutely hate being forced to use this service for my apartments. Use Amazon lockers if you can. Their windows are limited and they take hours to process packages after delivered, meaning I miss windows for delivery same day. My first time having an issue my package went from out for delivery to deliver canceled in the middle of the window. Was told short staffed. And employee said she wouldn’t even rely on their service herself. Recently, it’s a consistent delay of 1-3 hours between delivery and alert by them to schedule a delivery window. 80% of the time meaning I miss the delivery window for that afternoon. Horrible service for the price we are forced to pay. More inconvenient than anything. Only thing it gives you is a sense of security to prevent package theft.

This is how your packages end up at the Fetch warehouse. Then, Fetch is closed at 5pm. 4 on the weekends. So your Amazon Prime 1-day shipping means nothing anymore. And their delivery drivers are just anybody with a car. They might as well call themselves a peer-to-peer delivery service. Worst option ever, I wish my apartment complex never switched over to Fetch.

I’m surprised to see so many 1 star ratings tbh. I really like the service. And if I need something right away, I can just pick it up from the warehouse. Amy has been delivering most of my packages and I just haven’t had a single problem. I have had a couple deliveries get canceled and pushed to the following day, but that’s just not a huge issue for me. If I need something right away, I’ll just pick it up as opposed to scheduling a delivery. Great service overall

Wish I could give 0 stars, but I have to put something here. My package was delivered to the wrong apartment complex - correct apartment number but wrong complex, so someone else got my items. I reported it and was asked to provide a receipt of my items and tracking number and then... radio silence. I have not heard from Fetch since then, so I'm disputing the charge with my bank because this poor customer service is so frustrating and unacceptable.

This is the first time I'm reviewing Fetch even though I've had issues before... Tonight they said they delivered my package but I came to the door to nothing again. Not the first time. Just a little while ago, they delivered a package to my mail room when instructions are for the door. Of course someone took it because it was just left out and I was not told it was left there. First they said it was that security told them they couldn't deliver to my door.... There is no security and I had something delivered 2 days prior. Then they said it was the delivery window. It was the same time as the previous delivery... This time they supposedly left it at my door but the picture just shows them holding it up with my door number in the shot... Normally they put it on the ground and just back up and take a pic. They clearly never left it here and are instructing me to call Amazon as if they are going to take responsibility. I'm canceling my delivery my subscription with them through the apartment. All the lies and the excuses are ridiculous.
