Check in process is horrible. You gotta fight off the cops and other drivers just to get in line. I showed up at 22:15 for a 00:00 appointment. Didn’t get into a door until 00:15. One of worst I’ve been to in 8 years.

my experience was very good! There is a nice security guard at the registration office, nice guys at the receiving office! all clear . Appointment 3:00, the gate was free. I thought it would be bad but it turned out very good

I recently had a terrible experience at this receiver. I was held for six hours, and my load bars were stolen. The staff did not seem to care about my concerns. I would not recommend this receiver to anyone.
The good thing is as mentioned already there is a truck stop nearby!

Driver arrived 12:15 to the delivery for his 12:00 delivery appointment. There was a huge line, driver tried to check in right when he got there, but had to wait with all the other trucks. You can only check in at the Guard Stop, they didn't let him bring his papers. He was able to check in at 03:23. This place allows an hour before and has a grace period of an hour. Basically we would be late for our appointment regardless, even if we would have checked in at 11pm. Security guard was very aggressive and pushed my driver twice and showed him a middle finger when my driver walked there while waiting in line and tried to explain that he was there and trying to check in for his 12:00 appointment to make sure they could take him that night! It is a risk to go to this facility because you might not get unloaded because if the line is huge and they open a door only at 11pm.

this is a terrible place.this is a terrible place. My unloading time was at 12:00, I arrived at 12:15, I was 15 minutes late, there was a long line for registration, I waited for more than two hours, when they took my documents it was 3:20, they said you were 2 hours late, and they said I need a new apoitment. I asked to contact the Manager that it is not my fault that they are slow in registering trucks. The guard grabbed his clothes, used physical force, showed his front finger, and shouted to get out of here. He is a sick man, be careful. fat black man.

I had a very bad customer service experience with the security officer. He was very rude and busy on his phone. It took me a few hours to offload my delivery. The security man was extremely rude and useless.
I neither recommend them nor will do business with them in the future.

This place is getting worse and worse with the security system at the gate staff they easy can make you lost your app. Holding the truck from the street by the time you get to them you are late. So fellow trucker even if you are at the truck stop in the line walk to the gate to put in the system to get your turn bring paperwork and license.
