Poor signage for procedures, ingate and outgate lanes, flip lanes are a joke, don't even ask about Don in the lift, it's his world we are all just living in it....
LPKC spent millions on automated area failure, but won't replace the main lane where flips and lifts are done? Why not utilize the abandoned automated area for flips?
Chassis are everywhere, no organization, several sitting in the mud for months.
Roadability guys are slow and always trying to find a way to not just do the repair, about like Don in the flip lane....
Gate kiosks constantly have broken keyboards and are out of service, not to mention no option to print tickets or hazmat sheet anymore.

About like most rail yards around here poorly setup and managed and nothing can and will be done to improve

Terrible discriminatory company. Had a lady tell me “I shouldn’t even be driving a car” back in 2018 when I couldn’t pass their physical. Simply because I’m blind in one eye. Lol. Just like black pilots in ww2 were discriminated against. I was discriminated against for my visual impairment. It was only until 2022 that I could drive a CMV. “Shouldn’t be driving a car” but now I got a CDL class A LOL. Change your company’s culture because the people you got at the desk are showing extreme discrimination when I can operate a CMV (according to studies by the FMCSA) JUST as safe as those with two eyes.

Terrible place. Do your research, read the reviews. Save your time and sanity. However many jobs you're applying to, go for any one of them accept this place. Trust me...just read the reviews; be smart. This by the way is for the brand new location they just opened in Edgerton, KS.

If you want to be treated like your a bother to them go there if you want to be yelled at cussed at and no help at all go there they are the most unhelpful hateful people you can deal with.ITS otherwise know as idiot training services are the worst the will hook a chassis and not hook airlines up and cause flat spots on tires which you get blamed & charged for. Average time there to get a box on …… if your out in a hour it’s a miracle. But with all this being said we have no choice but to go there and they know it so the don’t care about us truckers their customers I just hope they take their wife out to dinner and get treated half as bad as they treat us and see if they like it and go back but again we have to we don’t have a choice

Absolutely do not pull loads from here. 4 hours and counting to get mounted. Worst depo in the Midwest. Employees have horrible attitudes as well.

If you like being ignored,having the redhead behind the counter snap at you, sitting for hours then this is the place for you. Rail pass rarely works. Chassis yard is a complete mess. If you're lucky enough to have your container mounted on a useable chassis actually finding it is very easy.

Organized with plenty of space. Never had to drive in the mud to drop or pick something up. Drivers can't read and park wherever and don't update the office which leads to other drivers doing the same.

Chassis are junk. Burned out lights or missing lights constantly, junk tires, expired chassis. Shop is on site to fix little things.
