I wish I could give negative stars. Now that I have finally received my appliances (Bailey's is no longer holding them hostage, nor threatening me with returning them to GE), and calmed down, I can finally leave a review.

How bad does a company need to be to have this many one start Google reviews? Only a very small fraction of people leave reviews, so the number of miserable interactions is astonishing...

I received a friendly phone call letting me know of my delivery window. I asked for a later window due to work and medical appointments and was told she would make a note and ask for our delivery to be made as late as possible. I told her the house to which the delivery was being made had a lock box and they could access the key and complete the delivery in case we didn't make it. She said they could only enter unoccupied properties. I told her the house is empty, to which she told me in that case it would be fine. Nope. Our delivery was one of the first of the day and they refused to enter the house. They did at least call me to see if I was there or if I would be arriving within a few minutes. I said we would reschedule with the office. This was the last semi-friendly interaction we had.

Rescheduled delivery and was given a new date and delivery window. I arrived at the house at the beginning of the delivery window. After waiting for four hours, the end of the delivery window, I called and was told they had attempted delivery that morning. I had been sitting in the open garage all morning and no one had come by. She looked up the time they attempted delivery and found that it was before the delivery window I was given. I was told I should have anticipated that and been there earlier. No call from the delivery crew, no call from the office. I requested that they come back on their return to their warehouse and was told that was absolutely not possible and they would be sending my appliances back since they had attempted twice. She put me on hold, came back and said she got a "special, one time authorization" to attempt a third delivery. She also transferred my call to her supervisor.

Talking the the supervisor, Elizabeth (who appears to have had many unpleasant interactions according to fellow reviewers), was nothing short of infuriating. She laughed at me repeatedly and told lie after lie about their delivery process and scheduling. When I would point out a contradiction or lie, she would laugh and threaten to just return the appliances to GE.

I tried talking to someone at GE, but they contract with Bailey's and there is nothing they can do. They did offer to waive any shipping costs that might be incurred if Bailey's did actually send the appliances back and then have them reshipped.

After receiving a third delivery date and window, we were at the house several hours early, just to make sure we didn't miss them. I then received a call that they had a sick call and wouldn't be able to deliver and we would have to reschedule. This makes three full days my husband and I had to take off work to wait around. And now we have to do this for a fourth time! Instead of going with this dumpster fire of a delivery company, the merchant could have used a much better service and charged a delivery fee, and saved us money on lost wages and gas money.

After talking to both Nicole and Elizabeth in their office, I was beyond furious. As another reviewer said, I was scolded for being frustrated and rude and was told they would just send the appliances back. Finally scheduled a fourth delivery window. Four days of waiting around and being treated like hot garbage by their office staff.

The guys who finally delivered the appliances were friendly, kind, careful, and efficient. I hope they can find jobs at another company that will treat them well and appreciate their skill. They did say they don't go a day without multiple complaints from customers about their office/dispatch people.

I was SO scared after reading these reviews. We’re on week 6 of no washing machine and have an 8 week old baby. Literally 3/4 of her life we’ve had to wash all of our clothes somewhere else. Working with American Home Shield has been a nightmare and they kept sending us 1 star companies with horrendous reviews (and those companies definitely deserved it!)

So when I saw how poorly rated the delivery company was I panicked and told my husband I refused to believe we were actually getting a washer today.

Elizabeth called us yesterday and let us know we were the first stop on the route today. Per issues on other reviews, we were up with the door open at 6am waiting for them so they couldn’t claim we weren’t home. I even put a sign on the door that said we were home in case we had to walk away for some reason.

6:30am Taylor calls me and I got a sense of relief cuz he’s the ONE guy in all these reviews that has good feedback. Well Taylor is apparently the guy to get! Him and his partner arrived about 10 minutes after they estimated. They removed the old washer and got the new one in with no problems or complications.

I’m SO relieved!

So if you’re reading these reviews panicking about an upcoming delivery - there’s hope.

They have attempted delivery of a Monogram replacement unit twice in one week and failed both times. Customer service is terrible and when you speak to them (Elizabeth) they deny errors and do not provide solutions.

This company is terrible. They said they called to deliver my appliance and left a message but surely did not. They called me to say the delivery man was here and he would wait 10 min and I got home within 8 min and he was not there. The scheduling system is extremely terrible!!! If I had to choose they wouldn’t get any stars at all.

Terrible experience. GE contracted with Bailey's to deliver and install a refrigerator being replaced under warranty. They told me that they would call before delivery. They did not call, instead the showed up and knocked on our door, I didn't hear them knocking and they left without calling. I called the company that day and they agreed to reschedule two days later. Three different people at the company promised me that they would call before the delivery, and they would call if I didn't hear them knocking. They were supposed to delver it today. I spent five hours waiting for them. If they did knock on my door, it must have been in the 10 minutes when I left the room to make coffee. Again, they did not call before the delivery, claimed to have knocked on the door, and left without calling.

Delivery of appliances happened on time but the individual who brought in the range dropped it into a wall and knocked a hole into it. I was directed to get ahold of their claims department. It's been two weeks now with nobody reaching out about the claim. The contact number in the "Claim Received" email does not accept phone calls. I emailed for an update twice now and still no response. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! They do not care about their customers.

Unfortunately I am with the many other reviewers on here and wish I could give this company a 0 stars. If you order an appliance and see that Bailey's logistics is the one delivering it, be prepared for the worst experience. They have no organization and have no tracking system on where the appliances are. Our refrigerator delivery was reschedule three times (when I say rescheduled, they just didn't show up and I had to call and see what I happened), each person told us a different story as to why it wasn't delivered and we had to take three separate days off of work. As I am writing this I still have no refrigerator...maybe fourth times a charm. Honestly this company shouldn't be in business.

I wish I could have given these people zero stars after waiting two days in a row with literally 12 hour window to install our icemaker. They still never showed up. They lied that they called and when I called and spoke to a girl called Nicole, she literally started telling me how I am being rude to show my frustration despite no communication from the company. She also informed us l that they do not uninstall an old icemaker, which they never communicated with us at the first place. Although on their website, it clearly states that they install and uninstall all appliances.
Now literally two weeks later, we have no icemaker no clearcoat answer on when it will be installed. I asked to speak to a supervisor and I was been informed that she is not available. I wish I can give them minus review !!!!
