CDS Logistics delivered my cabinets. I felt they had great communication, they sent me a text to schedule the delivery, they sent me another text following-up with me to remind me that the cabinets would be delivered in 3 days, within that 3 days I got a phone call telling me the timeframe that they would be arriving, and then the day of the delivery I received a text with an ETA and a photo of the delivery driver. I appreciated every little bit of communication so I wasn’t on house arrest for the 4 hour delivery window. Every item was delivered and a check-off list was even provided. My experience with CDS Logistics was certainly a positive one.

they are not service oriented. they tell you they will call an hour before. that would be 6am. i asked about changing times or get a better time and the were rude and uncooperative. i asked why they don't deliver during normal work hours and they said that is when we deliver. i don't know why Loews uses them it reflects badly on the company.

Don’t understand why it’s so difficult for drivers to call me when they’re on their way. Either they call me when they get to my job site or they fail to call entirely. It’s incredibly frustrating and shows how unprofessional this company is.

A lot better than lowes....both places were great to work with...north Port gps location is off .turn in first right into warehouses...north port location needs a bigger sign

I do had delivery to this place coming at 6:30 am leaving at 14:00 good lock on this ppl with behaviour and knowledge what is Bol for never again
