Ryan at Fulfillment CO gave me some excellent advice and detailed analysis on deciding between fulfillment centers. He dug into so many things I never would have thought of for my eCommerce business's fulfillment needs and shipping strategy. I decided to go with Fulfillment Co over all the other 3PLs I was considering once we reached a certain threshold of order volume. Until then, we are going to do fulfillment in-house. Fulfillment CO set me up with some great tools, postage providers, and packaging strategies for my in-house fulfillment until we're ready to outsource at which point Fulfillment CO is where we're going. I never expected a 3PL to be so transparent and dedicate so much time to my startup for free.
