Attention carriers, do NOT haul for this company because they do will NOT pay after you have hauled for them. They owe us quarter a million dollars. They are very manipulative with what they say and what they do. They try to get maximum amount of loads without paying you. Nathan, who is the director of operations listens to what Drew and Jim tell them and does it so that Jim and Drew always protected no matter what. Our goal is to let carriers know NOT to haul for them no matter how much they promise you. They think they are smart, they think they can get away without paying their balance dues. But they don't know who their are against. They have probably done this so many times to so many carriers. But this time it will work against them. Little do they know that what they seek is what they get. Justice shall be sought and justice shall be given.

They were very responsive and kept in constant communication throughout the delivery process. Even though the original sender did not give them clear instructions regarding the delivery, they acted very quickly when we contacted them. We also appreciated that they went above and beyond to ensure we got the table before Thanksgiving, even though that meant sending it on a special delivery rather than what would have been the normal delivery a week later. They helped make our Thanksgiving so special for our whole family. We would like to again thank the whole team, including Jennifer, Jeff, Kyle, and Chandler. Thank you all!

Stay away. They do not pay their carriers. They have a Bible at the front of their office which seems ironic since they are unable to pay and be honest. They are unhelpful and cannot even provide us with a simple phone number to contact. I spoke with Lauren from HR and she laughed as she said this: “Many carriers have come by for payment and you are not the first ones.” Nathan does not answer his emails either.

Horrible customer service and communication. Tried resolving an invoice dispute but they completely disregarded this issue. They have done this multiple times with other carriers. When I reach out, they always said "payment is being processed". Do not believe this lie.

I had a contract with this company with Target out of Lawrenceville Sortation Center in Lawrenceville,Ga. Once the contract came to an end they would still reach out and I would help them from time to time. They reached out for help on a load on December 7th 2023 and it's now May 15,2024 and I have not received payment. I've never seen a company so hard to get in contact with and has poor communication skills as this one. My company has received a few emails and apologies back in January and February about the delay and blah,blah,blah..!!! You never get a response emails and the telephones dont work. You guys can't possibly be that busy and not respond when people are seeking payment for work they've already done. I know Target has paid you for the load so why wouldn't the carrier who actually ran the load and burned his diesel get his cut. That is unacceptable. I've submitted all documents and emails where I corresponded with your dispatch and took the load and still haven't received payment. We just want to be paid for the route we ran on Dec 7, 2023..

JJ and Ange from JW Logistics were exceptional! My home and driveway are on a steep hill, yet they were courteous, professional and positive even in the midst of some challenging logistics. They handled my very heavy dresser with utmost care. They called 30 minutes before arriving and followed up with a courtesy call an hour later to make sure I was satisfied. I am impressed with their level of service and friendliness. Thank you so much for making a heroic effort to deliver my furniture professionally!

Do NOT use this shipper and HOME DEPOT uses this to ship their heavy items. They are supposed to leave in a SAFE, DRY area. How is the middle of the yard SAFE and it has been raining ALL DAY. It’s is not DRY!! Ridiculous. The owner of the home is in a WHEELCHAIR! No knock on the door, no courtesy at all!! The homeowner was home and watched them DROP it in the yard. The toilet was broken. The installer stated that EVERY Item like mine that is ordered and delivered is broken. Home Depot told me they can’t hold items in the store either because they get broken. Hopefully, one day I will get an unbroken item to be installed in the home. J.W. Logistics states I got basic delivery. No more Home Depot and no more JW Logistics for me. As I go through repairing the home, I will be sure to find out if they use JW Logistics.

My company did a load for these company I never got pay they have 4 different contact numbers to call no one ever answer they don’t even have a surety bond active do not book loads under these guys
