This company hired some extremely aggressive driver that tail gates almost touching bumpers and running cars off roads. Consistently swerving and a hazard for every other family on the road, this company will kill people if they continue to allow 10000 lb trucks to put peoples lives in danger. LIVZ663 was the truck number

lack of space and tonns of trucks, so don't think to make fast and easy delivery. aprox 2 hours.
left turn on to S 76th st is forbidden if U came from I294 S, keep it in mind.

We tendered a load to LIV on 6/28 for pickup on 6/29. Angola, IN to San Francisco, CA, RC#27181704. They said their driver was held up at a previous stop on 6/29 and would not make the cutoff time, but they had another driver that could pick up first thing the following morning on 6/30. We kept the load with them and when we checked in on 6/30 they bounced the load on us. First they told us their driver was "around the corner" and then next thing you know they never had a driver in the area in the first place. At this point I am even wondering if they were just trying to double broker the load rather than moving it w/ their own people. Matt was the LIV representative handling the transaction. They wasted 3 days of our time when we could have been sourcing another carrier for the pickup and left us high/dry on the last day of the month, last day of the quarter and leading into a holiday weekend. They have some decent reviews from other customers, but our experience was extremely poor. We should have taken them off the load after the first failure rather than trusting them to follow through, that was my mistake.

Booked 2 loads through Jacek ( Jack) going from CA-OH loading on different days. Neither of the drivers would answer call/text for tracking updates. Both trucks delivered a day late. The office has no after hours coverage of phones or emails to provide updates, and no after hours number or email was provided to us. The truck that showed up to load 1 load was a different carrier, not even an LIV truck. I called that carrier & he stated that he is a local carrier that works with LIV picking up loads so their OTR drivers aren't using up their hours, but nobody at LIV had informed us of this ahead of time. They later sent me a picture of an LIV truck hooked up the trailer & stated that was the truck that would actually be delivering the load. That was a lie. We asked the receiver to send a picture of the delivering trucks and it was a LIV truck, but a different truck than th epicture he sent me. I would not recommend working with this carrier as they are dishonest, have poor communication, and can't make appointments on time.
