My move was graciously funded by the Broomfield PD after a shooting incident at the apartment complex I lived in. Broomfield PD chose this company to help me move. Overall I really can't complain as this was a very generous gift from the police in a time of intense stress and trauma, but if I were the consumer paying for this service, but to those looking for an honest job, I would consider other options. Even though our move was only a 20 minute distance, our furniture was not treated well.

The movers were kind, but lacked knowledge and work ethic in furniture care and assembly. The furniture was assembled, but not screwed back in, and none of the screws were returned to us. Even after messaging the owner, I was not replied to; after the transaction is finished, customer satisfaction is out the window. This required us to call the furniture distributor for spare parts.

This was all very disheartening as we tipped each of the movers $100 each, and they gladly took the money while leaving us with an unstable bed frame and other damaged tables.

Did the items get from point A to point B? Yes. Was it a quality and stress free job? No. I personally would not hire these people again, but I would be a lot more upset if I were the one paying for this. If you are moving within Denver Metro I personally recommend Move Masters.

My move was underestimated, which meant I had to leave a lot of important things behind, and pay someone to haul away my important items. Bikes for my kids, kid toys, tools, things I cannot afford again. To make matters worse, it took 2 weeks for them to arrive at my CA destination. And for an entire week I was promised daily that the driver would show up. I was originally asked if a 55 foot truck would come up the driveway. I said yes, but nothing bigger. They transferred my stuff to a 75 plus truck, then tried to charge me for needing to put it back into the original size vehicle. They showed up at 6:30pm with one driver and no helpers. Family had to come to unload. They lost my child’s crib, damaged a lot of my kids things, and there are numerous missing items. My mattress was was tied to the outside of the moving truck. I can’t file a claim because my paperwork was lost in the commotion of moving. My move was paid for by a third party because difficult circumstances. This made a devastating situation so much worse. I left behind so much and they damaged so much. At feel at such a loss

Logistic Pro Inc DOES NOT CARE ABOUT DISABLED CHILDREN. Our estimated delivery was within 7-10 days, with guaranteed delivery within 21 days. Our belongings, which included necessary medical and therapeutic equipment for my 6 year-old disabled son, were 4 weeks late post the 21 day guarantee. There is no quantifying the amount of muscle tone he lost without his medical gait trainer to use for therapy. They provided me a mere $30 a day for each late day, but there’s no estimating the damage of 7 weeks without his equipment. When I spoke to them they claimed I was trying to use my son’s disability for a discount. No, I want them to take accountability for their actions and follow good businesses practice. They are shameful people. Do not use them if you value your fellow man, or hey, even your things which they also damaged (see photos).

We had an extremely chaotic and frustrating experience with Logistic Pro. Our move happened on Saturday December 16, 2023. The survey was highly inaccurate, so Logistic Pro was only able to take 1/3 of our stuff. Over the phone we had discussed needing a full truck and perhaps multiple loads, but the crew showed up with half of the truck full of someone else’s move. They arrived late in the afternoon, so we ended up scrambling to rent a UHaul and move everything else ourselves (we rented a 26-foot UHaul and made 3 additional full loads)They broke or damaged 7 pieces of furniture including 3 beds, 3 dressers, and my nursing recliner. They reassembled beds in the wrong way, most of them with missing bolts and screws. The crew was not careful at all. They scratched and dented the drywall in our stairwell in 11 places, they damaged our railing to the upstairs. All boxes were labeled, but very few ended up where they belonged. We’ve spent the last week relocating nearly all of our boxes. Pablo was very kind considering the chaos, but Johnny was extremely inflexible and inconsiderate. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

They are extremely professional, courteous, knowledgeable, efficient, reliable, and their customer service is great! I would HIGHLY recommend utilizing their services for your moving needs!

Would NOT use these folks again under any circumstances!

First let me say that we have always done our own moves but now that we're in our 70's we just don't have what it takes to do it ourselves.

We originally called a company in Florida called "Eversafe" movers. They quoted a price that was lower than the actual cost by several thousand dollars. They didn't tell us they are just the brokers. They then hired Logistic Pro to do our move from Colorado to Texas. The guys that came were nice and seemed to do an efficient job. Everything went well until delivery day. Our two brand new "L" shaped desks were totally demolished (about $800.00 value). Our entertainment center (about $500.00 value) was damaged pretty badly but is still usable (my son thinks he can fix it). A garment rack and some storage racks for the garage had to be tossed because all the parts disappeared somehow. We're missing at least one box of kitchen items, a solar panel for a generator and one tote full of some nice womens clothing. They were supposed to reassemble all of the furniture but didn't. One of our guest beds they did "reassemble" was only partially assembled and we found several pieces they just shoved under the bed. During the delivery i caught stuff being delivered to me that belonged to someone else!

We filed a claim and have been offered a grand total of $75.00 but only if we sign a letter saying we agree to the amount and have it notarized!!!! If we don't agree, we have to fill out more paperwork, list the items that are missing and provide receipts which is impossible. They are making the claim process so laborious that folks can't do it and just give up on the process.

By the way, this is an edited review. Right before the movers leave, they literally stand over you and insist on a review. If you see a 5 star review, it is because they are standing over a customer who felt intimidated into leaving it (like I did).

Extremely impressed!! Logistic Pro Inc was helpful & professional from scheduling day to the big Moving day. Grateful i found them as I was a nervous wreck with the move itself. They were very gentle with my stuff. Everything arrived perfectly. Thank you to the friendly staff & dedicated workers. Will use them again!
