My advice is to stay away from this company. They have a man with a name working there Johnathan Waddella. He doesn't understand what he's doing, he's absolutely not a professional in his field.
We booked the cargo, loaded it, I had an overload on the Drive Axel.
I asked for a little extra weight so I wouldn't be overloaded DriveAxel. I needed to give more weight to the trailer.
But the shipper refused to do this and said, we can only unload you, since I had about 38,000 on drives. Of course, I couldn’t go, because it was illegal.Tell Johnathan everything. He said he wouldn't pay us any compensation. Even though we were doing deadhead. It was already 4:00 PM and we were empty.
And we didn't refuse to collect this cargo. We just had to load it a little differently so that we had a legal weight on the Drive Axel.
At first, Jonata started saying that he wouldn't pay. Well, because we had already left the shipper. Although I started sending him photos with my truck against the backdrop of the company. After that, he started coming up with other tricks, but generally speaking, it's unprofessional and ugly on his part.
Another truck loaded behind me that had the same problem and they did the same thing to him no one paid anything and no one wanted to load it properly so it would be legal. That's the story. Stay away from this company and Johnathan personally.

SHADY ETHICS. BE VERY CAUTIOUS BOOKING WITH Alex Curtis.
Booked a local run Hammond IN to W Chicago IL, Alex advised that the load was ready to be picked up in the morning & had a delivery appointment set for 2pm same day. The shipper advised that the load would not be ready earlier than 1pm which would cause us to deliver later than the 2pm time that we agreed upon during booking. We let Alex know that we planned the rest of our day based on us unloading at 2pm & that we would not be able to wait until the afternoon to be loaded and deliver past 2pm since we already planned other routes based on the times he originally provided. We requested a TONU since we wasted fuel and time dead heading from Chicago to Hammond to service this load. Alex Refused to compensate us a TONU. Told us we have to wait for the load & screw up the rest of our scheduled loads for the day or he would take us off the load without any compensation. Alex says he cannot afford to pay for a TONU out of his pocket & refused to go back to his customer and explain to situation in order to fairly compensate us for our wasted fuel and time. Alex is more worried about putting money in his pocket & does not care about carrier's expenses and wasted time for a mistake on their end whether it was the broker, customer or shippers' fault. Its shady and unprofessional to put carriers in this type of situation. You would think they would care to help out a carrier who is doing everything right in order to service their load correctly. Alex Curtis is doing BAD BUSINESS

I have been working with LST for the past 6 months or so. Garrett Roberts has risen up to many challenges on difficult shipments and handled them seamlessly. Their rates are always fair priced for excellent service. I hope that we continue our business relationship for years to come!

Please exercise caution when booking loads with Alex Curtis. His lack of preparation can result in inconvenient and potentially dangerous situations. He is unwilling to take responsibility for his mistakes and may prioritize his own interests over those of the carriers.

Be cautious when working with Alex Curtis. He caused significant issues that led to wasted time and lost money, and when things went wrong due to his poor preparation, he showed no interest in making it right. He clearly doesn't value carriers and will not take responsibility when problems arise.

Horrible customer service. Was supposed to get my equipment same day and was lied to 4x about when we would see the equipment. Then to learn that they haven’t even picked it up. Don’t use this hauler…. ever.
