Everything with the shipping went fine along with a fair quote to ship. The issues started months after the transaction when NMU started charging my card month after month unexpected charges that where not approved totaling up to $1700.

Do NOT use them and if you do get a new card number afterwards. Find another shipping broker there are plenty others

Absolutely the worst company, First they are NOT a shipping company, they are a broker company. After my shipment was lost they ignored me and made me work with the broker company they sold my shipment order to. Now 2 months later they have tried to charge me another 285.00. I have tried repeatedly to get a hold of someone at this company with no luck.
Reading the reviews it seems this is a trend for them to blindly charge and hope that it goes unnoticed.
They may have been a good company at some point by not anymore. Please be aware. I have also reported them to Uship.

Absolutely terrible company. Even if they come with the cheapest rate, I advise you to not use them. They conned me into paying for extra insurance, which I did. When the skid arrived there was damage to the extent that the items were completely unusable. They said in order to cover the damage, I need to repurchase those items and provide proof of an invoice. I spent out $2000+ and now they are hiding behind the carrier they used and refusing to pay out and refusing to answer my calls/emails. The claims has still not been resolved, and now a couple months later I get a $300 charge on my credit card. So I tried to contact them to find out why and they refuse to answer my emails and calls.

NMU deserves a negative rating. A 1-star rating is too good for them. They are dishonest and scammers. They charge additional, excessive delivery fees to the agreed upon shipping fees, after the delivery has been made and can't justify their actions. Don't do business with this company. They will quote an amount, then try to sneak another charge to your credit card. Pathetic.

Do not use this company. I used them once and never again. I use their services to ship a small engine from Oklahoma to California. They quoted one price online and then a week later after it was delivered they charge me an additional fee. Stating that the carrier waited 1.5 hours for the engine to be ready (This is NOT true) the engine was created and ready to ship. so they charge me $1 per minute the driver "waited" for the shipment to be ready. This was an additional fee on top of what the original quote was. This is a total scam. That was six months ago. Right now I just got an additional charge on my bank account from NMU. I have NOT use them since that summer of last year. Just try getting a hold of them before you decide to ship with them and you will see how awful is the consumer service. They make you sign a contract where the fine print states that you allow them to process additional transactions without your consent.

Do not use this company. They appear to have a history of adding charges to shipments after they force you to sign a waiver not to contest before they will deliver. This happened to me and I was lucky enough to contact the actual carrier they hired who documented by invoice number and price that they did not add on any additional charges that NMU claimed. I have all the documentation and have tried to contact NMU for 4 days by email and phone with no return call or email. Its a relatively small dispute for me so I'm lucky but looking at their other reviews it seems this is their pattern.

I used Nmu Worldwide for my shipment After reading all the great reviews on here I felt very confident that they are the right choice from beginning. They did an excellent job start to finish! All our items arrived safely in Miami with no damage, Their rates are very cheap, that's why I keep using their service. they helped me shipping my goods quickly. I really like their service and transparency in the process. I definitely recommend them to others.

Very prompt and informative on the phone during booking. I have used NMU Worldwide twice now and have had really good experiences with them. They are fast, professional and made sure they stayed within the budget I had for the move. In fact, they stayed well under it! were delicate with my furniture...no damage! I'll happily recommend anyone to them!
