Telephone call told to send mail and they hang up immediately
second mail with reminder, not answered.

Payed with 5% discount after claim by incasso bureau.
They also charge € 2,50 for just paying your invoice.

Don't work with them!

Diese Firma? Schlechter in Europe!!!!!!! Du hat keine info im Auftrag.... und wenn du meldest bei entladestelle, dort sage für Firma, das diese sehr spät.... Wir musste warten in Frankreich 3 tage auf neue entladetermin ohne standgeld!! Und wir bekommen von diese firma nur falsche info ab Donnerstag bis Montag morgen.

WORST COMPANY EVER !!!! Do not take any loads from them . We agreed loading today , delivery next day , then when our truck was at loading place, he changed the reference and the delivery was the day after tomorrow, we had to wait 24h for delivery , they do not answer emails, do not pick up telephone and do not pay for the waiting time .
If you want to have problems, then take load from them .

EDIT: You are kidding me , right ? We have agreed loading on 05.06 , delivery 06.06 , we were at delivery place on 06.06 , and truck was unloaded only on 07.06 late afternoon.... so please do not sell stories for little children here ! You are big scammers !

Negatywnie bardzo .
Pan Sebastian kłamie i nie dotrzymuje terminów zaladunku i rozladunku . unika kontaktu . nie rozwiązuje problemu .
Jego postawa po załądowaniu towaru i późniejszych problemów bardzo agresywna i wręcz "kryminalna" . odradzam . nabijanie pozytywnych opinii na googlach kusząc korzystnym terminem płatności w zamian za pozytywną opinie .

I took a job with them, an order worth 2300 EUR, with payment upon delivery (since I left a review on Google in advance). Everything went perfectly; I chased them from 27/05/2024 when the truck unloaded until 12/06/2024, sending emails and calling every day, with complete disregard from their side. I took the job with Sebastian Damm, who responded within seconds before loading, but after unloading, he wouldn't reply for days.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY, COMPLETE LACK OF PROFESSIONALISM.

If anyone wants more details, leave me your contact information, and I will send all the necessary evidence.

EDIT : The swift codes are easy to find on google, all europe knows them, the due was on 21/06, if this swift was a problem, i should get on 22/06 an email, right ? Where i can see that are trying to pay but they can't, as in the order, 1 day after unloading.
But no, i got email after 3 weeks, anyway. Bellow you have photo of mr. Sebastian Damm, how is talking and what kind of emails he is sending.
