I had a package delivered in the middle of the night and then shortly after it was stolen. It was so close in time that it almost seemed like an inside job. When I contacted customer service, they expressed little concerned and told me to contact the company who shipped the product. The product was supposed to be delivered between 2-6pm, not 1:21am. Plus, the shipper shouldn't have to pay for their incompetence.

What a TERRIBLE company. They claimed my address was “wrong” then asked for codes Like it’s the house on the corner, NO CODES! It’s been almost a week since they claimed my address was wrong and I have yet to see or hear anything about my package. If I could give negative stars…I absolutely would. TERRIBLE delivery service. If you can find what you need on amazing, I’d just go with them. At least you know they won’t steal your package.

Here we are, living in a world where immediate gratification is queen. Meanwhile, OnTrac is here to remind you to just wait, and then wait some more… because you can’t always get what you want (or paid for). Don’t worry. Your package will show up eventually, right when you least expect it because it’s taken so long that you even forgot about it.

OnTrac is absolute garbage. I live outside of the city proper and their drivers can't be bothered to come out here. Customer service actually admitted they lie ? Several times I had packages "out for delivery" (always late, after 3:30 pm) and got a message saying delivery was attempted but could not be complete because they needed GATE CODES. I live in a regular neighborhood, there is no GATE! I was asked to provide the "access codes" so they could deliver. The third time it happened I was pissed. I chatted with customer service and they told me "the driver had car problems".

So clearly they can just not deliver. The company doesn't care that they blatantly lie. "Access codes" is just the default option they choose when they don't want to deliver.

Today is the 2nd day a package has been "out for delivery" and it's after business hours, they don't deliver Sunday in my area, so it's going to be 4 days at least from when they told me to expect my delivery to when I actually receive it.

This company is a joke ! I’m not sure why ilmakiage is now using this horrid carrier but I have had a package sent since 9/20 and the package hasn’t even been scanned since 9/25 it’s now 10/3 . Their customer service is absolutely useless . This company is absolutely garbage . Don’t waste your time , money or energy dealing with them . If you order something and they use this carrier do yourself a favor and cancel the order .

Received a text stating package was delivered when it wasn't. Entered the tracking # issued to me multiple times only to be told to contact the seller. Very fishy
