I had a REALLY great experience today at packages depot to get a live scan done! Not many places open on the weekends to get it done. It was $57 to get it done here, a little more or less, depending on where you go. Honestly, I think it’s great just for the fact that I was able to get it done during the weekend. They only do livescans till 1pm on Saturdays and M-F till 5:30pm and it has to be either debit or cash. So just be prepared. There is a lady and her sister who switch off working the counter. They are incredibly friendly and sweet! As people were coming in to check their P.O. Boxes she knew them by name and there were customers ahead of me that she really took the time to make sure they had everything they needed and help them with shipping and packing even with such a great attitude! No huffing or puffing or making anyone feel like they were a burden. Even though I had to wait, I really appreciated see those positive interactions with each customer before me because I knew I would be treated with the same quality service. I was a little nervous because I had read some bad reviews from previous years, but I am so glad I came to Package Depot for services. It’s very close to Christmas and this can be a stressful time for a lot of people. It’s so nice to see caring and kind businesses. Maybe they had a change in ownership or change in daily staff but they are nothing at all like what the bad reviews are saying. At this point, people who are having bad experiences are just not fully prepared when they come in and should’ve called to make sure they are bringing what they need or they don’t realize their own tone is rude to begin with. From now on, package depot will have me as a loyal customer and I will be referring friends and family to them as well!

Went to mail 8 different packages to different places around the country first the asian lady upfront has terrible attitude and shouldn't be working anywhere that has to deal with people she should be fired, she didn't get any of the packages to the right addresses so all my customers got the wrong item so now they have to send em back witch isn't good for business so I won't be doing business here ever again and recommend not to ship anything with this place there unprofessional !!!!!!!

Had to drop off an important notarized document before Christmas. The ladies who were there helped me to find a service that would get my documents delivered in a timeframe I needed for a price within my budget. Additionally they remembered my mom had come in the day before based on my name and said to tell her hi. They were so friendly and accommodating every time I need to visit. In a prior visit I had packages/my hands full and my young toddler son and they offered to help me at the door which was so sweet. I love this place and I will be back!
