Every customer of this brokerage should think twice before they sign or extend any kind contract with them next time. They are garbage of a brokerage. 2 years ago they been begging every single carrier to work with them all they carred was who will give tjem service for lowest cost even those with horible safety score were accepted and now when freight is slow they decide not to work with you and wont say reason why. What a bunch of scumbags,garbage of a people.
Just for a record We have excell dot safety,history with them and with any other customer so that is why they couldnt provide reason why not to use us any more. And whats funny earlier we called on same load and person that PU the phone ask for MC and didnt say nothing and second time when we called another woman picked up and say can't use us ...shame on you people.

I drop and hook here about once per week for most of 1 year and I have noticed that they make changes to their system to be more efficient. I rarely have to "live unload" but when I do it is usually behind 1 other truck so about 1 hour total. This is a fairly tight area to drop on the pad with considerable movement of other trucks whom I find to be cooperative to give way to each other.

BE AWARE ALL TRUCKERS
ELYSE DISCHER - the compliance manager threaten carriers on calls and tell the carriers to bring them on road. Also always wish to get carrier's employees to get fired from the company. Very Rude, arrogant, misbehaving, disregarding and threatening to trucking companies. I wish I would have not worked with them on the shipment for their high attitudes and misbehaving behaviour.

Over the last year of coming here last year and half no issues until last three months went from being fast and getting you in and out to taking longer and longer the staff has turned into a bunch of lazy junkies and bums you literally can see them just sitting on forklifts screwing around... or today was oh I wanted to take a break before I started you.... I said what for two and a half hours ? 3.25 overall.... had liked coming here before now I’d rather run to Menominee and turn out a lot faster. Good for thought for other owner ops

If you booking load from here don't trust them.
We booked load at 22k weight. Got loaded 41k. And then they wanted to pay only 100 dollars extra for 1000 miles load.

I drive on the night shift and Julie is always very helpful and always has a smile on her face and does her job very well. We need more like her, we will never let her quit. She is the best!!! She also goes out of her way to help drivers if she can
