Dealing with Shane and his team at Square1 has been easy and professional, which has offered us an immediate extension to our own business. The transaction from another 3PL in California was handled without any issues and we were able to be up and running with no downtime in dealing with our customer base at all.

Shane and his team have been immensely helpful as we have scaled our operations rapidly in our first year. As a fast growing company with a large distribution partner there was no time for a learning curve, and Square 1 just made it easy. I have also benefited from being introduced to other companies and individuals in their network that have made our operations scale up smoothly as well.

They are currently handling a large volume of inbound/outbound pallets, Haz-mat (DG) shipping, kit building, and international / international Haz-mat (DG). Wonderful partner and highly recommended.

We had the crazy idea to start a wholesale distributor with no operational experience, and the thought of managing a warehouse and making sure we delivered product correctly, on time, learned all the nuances of pick, packing and shipping and employing full-time employees for our startup was overwhelming. We had a previous relationship with Shane before he started Square 1, so we called him and told him our insane idea. He applauded us and immediately stepped in to help take care of EVERYTHING we didn’t (and still don’t) know how to do. His team and him and the nicest and truly committed to doing their very best to do exactly what you need from a 3PL, with a unique bonus…your products are numbers, but your company is full of humans.
