Had to take my review down to around 3 stars as of September - there have been safety issues with the front door for last few weeks that have not been solved.

July 2024:
Studio LoHi has THE BEST management I have ever had. I have rented a few different homes and lived in one other apartment complex, and I can, hands down, say Studio LoHi is SO much better.

Don't be confused by the name - there are 2 bedroom options too. There is a great rooftop too!

Omar is always helpful in answering questions and has been super kind to my boyfriend and I.

We submitted a maintenance request today, and the maintenance team arrived within an hour—they were super nice and efficient!

We have only lived here for 3 weeks so far, but love Studio LoHi and the area! We toured 10 places in lohi/highlands and chose this one, and we are so glad we did!

The management refuses to address their trash. These dumpsters go out every other day spilling over. If there is a slight breeze it blows the trash all over the neighborhood. There have been 4 home owners talk to the office people for over 2 years. They argue and say it's not a problem. Each person in the area spends hours a week picking up all of this trash. If they aren't willing to deal with a simple trash management issue. I can't image living in these units. Nothing will be addressed.

Moved in a little over a year ago and renewed for 18 more months. I love my apartment and the location can’t be beat. Omar’s always so genuinely kind and helpful. I want a hot tub on the roof haha but that’s my only suggestion. It’s really a wonderful place to live.

Out of the 10+ apartment buildings I've lived in, this one is the best. Parking is well-designed, packages are handled well, appliances are modern and work great, and the location is perfect - not too noisy yet convenient to almost anything around Denver. Omar at the leasing office has always been really helpful and I still remember when I moved in with no furniture and Mark lent me a chair. Can't recommend this place enough.

Update: make sure you don't sign the lease until you negotiate it down to a one month termination cost, right now I think they have it as an equivalent to a 2 month cost which is a bad lease.

I am a current tenant at studio lohi and I can say that I'm very satisfied with the building so far. The property managers, specifically Chris, are very nice. The maintenance and cleaning staff are incredible! I do wish there was better natural light in these apartments however for what the building has to offer (laundry in unit, nice appliances, amazing roof top, good parking) and the fact that management actively tries to make this a nice place to live, I think it's a great value for the location.

The age range of tenants here is pretty large. Most neighbors are quiet and nice. A good amount of dogs in the building. Some homeless do roam around the area, occasional car break-ins within the garage, living on the alley side of the building can be very loud.

Studio LoHi is a beautiful, clean, and safe apartment building with an incredibly supportive staff and insanely good location. We lived there for only a year but it was everything we could have wanted out of an apartment. From nice new apartment space to a great staff to the best rooftop in Denver, we were SO happy living there.
Shout out to the Community Managers, Chris and Amanda, who were always so supportive and took great care of us (as well as Dawn!)

I’ve been living here for almost 2 years now and I have yet to have any complains! Maintenance is always on top of any requests I have, and the amenities and common spaces are awesome. You can’t beat the view from the rooftop or the location either. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️!

I just moved out after 3.5 years here. I was very satisfied. The apartments are new, the facility is clean, the staff are responsive.
The rooftop is beautiful. It is otherwise not a very social building, but that was fine with me.
The location is hard to beat. Right in the heart of LoHi.
Parking is $100 a month, which I think is average for the area.
The units don’t have a ton of natural light, but they aren’t caves either.
They refunded my deposit very fairly and timely.
