Unfortunately I couldn't leave a 0 star review. Worst company I've ever dealt with. Wanting to charge over $100 to drop 1 pallet on the ground. Driver was very unprofessional, storming off like a child and leaving with my merchandise without saying a word. Customer service was no help either, point blank telling me they would do nothing to rectify the situation. Avoid this company at ALL cost. I've NEVER had this issue with any other freight company in My 37 years of business, I can see why they have less than a 3 star rating.

The service is absolutely horrible! Never seen anything like this, The delivery date keeps getting delayed every day. Today they say it will arrive tomorrow, then tomorrow they say the day after. There’s no delivery information on the website at all, so I have to call customer service myself. The customer service reps sound like robots, repeating the same lines over and over without actually listening to what the customer is saying! Totally useless！For any of yours convenience, DO NOT CHOOSE THIS COMPANY！！

I got no word to describe how terrible the service of “Maria”, I’ve been calling them several times and every time I got the response was “wait till tomorrow “, if you are using this company, don’t expect your package will come on time. And the customer’s service is also 100% useless, will never directly answer your question, just continuously repeating “I am not sure” and “ check again tomorrow”, be aware! Your package may got lost.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. No one ever picks up. My shipment never showed on schedule and no one called me. Then they told me the truck was full. Then they said the next day. The next day came and went and NO ONE called me. So I called the following day and they said well you never made an appointment. Are you serious You canceled my delivery because the truck was full and I was suppose to call to make an appointment. That’s your job! This company absolutely sucks! Never again! Anyone associated with this company! Do not hope to get your delivery on time. Expect it a week later..

I had a very disappointing experience with T Force Transportation. The service was unprofessional and unreliable. My delivery was delayed and delayed .There was a lack of clear communication. I would not recommend this company.

Horrible company, if they allow their drivers to run other cars off the road then they clearly have some things to fix. I can not believe what happened to me and honestly until they fix it I will make sure media and vendors know how the drivers are and how they treat people

Absolutely terrible service. I got a phone call from a woman (I think her name was Maria), making the delivery appointment. Not only was my package a full 24 hours late (I cancelled appointments because of this), I had NO way to check the status. I called and they couldn’t find my order. THEN the delivery driver called me from my parking lot and tells me he can’t bring up my package (which was a SOFA by the way), he could not help me bring it up or let me borrow his equipment. He drops a FULL pallet in the parking lot of my apartment complex and leaves. It would have been nice to be told that I would need help. Literally the WORST delivery service EVER. 11:30 in the morning in Florida heat and I’m lugging up an 84” sofa in boxes completely by myself. Absolutely ridiculous.

UPDATE: I cannot figure out how to reply but I am FUMING right now. I am being assessed a $200 fee by my HOA because of this. Tracking no 48491995.
