I came in here and dropped off Amazon return item. The network here was very bad but the worker kindly shared the WiFi! It was still loading for a bit but eventually it worked!
The line wasn’t bad so I had a short visit indeed!

I have already recommended to my whole office to use UPS instead of FedEx due to exceptional customer service. I have been to Fed Ex twice, receiving negativity from their employees. Senai at UPS had amazing customer service. I ship frequently and will only go to UPS now. Fed Ex lost a customer due to Senai’s customer service expertise

I want to express my appreciation for the outstanding service I received from Breana at the UPS store. She was incredibly nice and professional while assisting me with two Amazon package returns. When I asked if she could help me dispose of the box I used to bring in my packages, she explained that they share a recycle dumpster with two other companies and was initially hesitant. However, after a brief pause and with a cute smile, she kindly agreed to help me out. Her willingness to go the extra mile, even with a simple request, made my experience much more pleasant. Not happy!!!! I paid $32 for 2 day air delivery, today is day 3, still not delivered. Told by manager 2 day air not guaranteed, why not tell customers that!! Told me I should have sent by next day. I could not afford $92 next day and was NOT Told it may or may not get delivered in 2 days!! Refused to reimburse the extra fee! Very important documents somewhere in delivery land did not arrive in 2 days!!!

Breana and her coworker were extremely professional and helpful. There was a line out the door and it was still there as I was leaving. Once again, they were very polite and professional. I’ve been to other businesses similar to this that didn’t have a customer other than me but were rude, unprofessional and lazy. This day and age of people not wanting to work hard or at all these days. It’s always refreshing to see people maintain their composure and still be polite and professional. I’m always more than happy to wait in a line where the employees are few but are working hard. I will definitely come back.
