Terrible service, delivers dirty cars inside and out. Sand and grim all over the inside of a completely new and clean car. Outside covered in dirt, so unable to inspect. They obviously placed a secondary load in the car or crawled all around the interior, suspect the legality of that. The trunk and folding seats were damaged and dirty. Representatives appear to be less than honest, blames the dirt on the city… some story about city trees. Our second and last car to be shipped by these unprofessionals. Cannot recommend, avoid.

Important!!! I have shipped a few vehicles to Germany with this company for the last 14 years, but the last Military/Government shipment was the worst, the SUV was picked up at my door in prestige condition (Pictures and Video are on hand) and arrived in Böblingen with ‘Major Damages”.

The MB SUV is keyed from the front passenger side to the back pumper, as well as deep damages to the bottom of the SUV. The most concerning is the car was driving about two miles (pictures of the mileage prior and after are on hand) and the person who drove the car got into an accident, because rear bumper has a dent and a massive scratch. On top of that the driver created a profile in my MB informatic as “Hxxxx” (pictures on hand) how unprofessional.

This was a transportation damage with negligence and vandalization" per the scratches from the front to the back and the bumper, and deep damages in the bottom of the SUV.

This has been reported to the shipping company, and waiting response. Also, start to escalate this higher up. Update will follow.
