Picked up load on Friday for Monday delivery (2 days transit), per rate con broker set a delivery appointment, truck arrived on time and receiver said there is no scheduled app, next available is next week Mon. Broker said we cannot break a seal or touch the freight to drop it somewhere else. Basically they hosted our truck, trailer and driver for 7 days, we were offered a layover of $200 per day in the hot market when a rolling truck makes at least $1000 per day. We lost our best driver owner operator who worked with us for 3 consecutive years doing the best service and making happy customers, Driver owner op said $200 a day is not acceptable as he can make more money driving an uber instead of owning a semi truck and making all the payments. The way Broker handles this load is inappropriate and unprofessional, irresponsible, unaccountable. Long story short we were placed on DNU list by the AR office for doing our good on time reliable service. My opinion Broker should take a loss at his fault and reimburse for inconvenience, instead we were threatened and lost a great driver.

They continue to pay their invoices extremly late. Do not book loads with them in your are expecting payments on time. They have this thing of paying invoices in 3-4 months.
