If I had a chance to give minus rating. I would have rated - 100 %to them. the duty person is rudest I have seen ever in my life. My product to ship was around 02 Lakh Rupees. I informed him that it has to be lifted without hooking it. If you want I'm ready to pay extra or even i can load it directly to his truck. he said it wouldn't be required and lastly they spoiled my product and i occurred loss of 02 Lakh just bcoz of this person. I strictly not recommend using VRL Service as this type of persons can make your parcel damage.

V.bad service.. jab bhi maal dene jao toh vrl k office mai jagha nahi h maal rakhne ki ... Rikshaw wale ko rok k rakhte 2-4 ghante .. jab tak truck nahi lagta. Need to take new godown... Learn From Navya Disha express how they have Maintained and Grown...

I m willing to provide zero star but Google gives no option for that. Transport employees treat customer like they are boss n customer are there employee. If u want to send material from this transport they will give you receipt when they want to. For receipt they will call u and u have go to them specially for receipt. They are not going to provide u while booking.

Very rude employee don't use this transport. Better go for other options then this. Will suggest that .

I would like to give zero star but there is no option here, the staff does not cooperate at all and treats them as if they are the boss and customer are their employees. Very bad service

Wrong address,no response on phone call at gandhibagh office. 1 in 15 calls picked up at TPT .

Worst service ever. Never using this service again? Will strictly advise all against using this in Nagpur.

If -1000 stars was an option i would've selected that.

Fast and safe transport. Staff is helpful. Price are economical. Their Office shifted to new location which is not on Google map yet , so hard to find location directly. Need to take help of local people.
